Board of Directors We are a nonprofit, all-volunteer group dedicated to support and enhance the library and its programs. We raise funds for programs and activities that are needed but not covered by the City of Scottsdale's library budget. Throughout the year, the Friends sponsor Authors & Appetizers Among Friends "in the stacks" at Civic Center Library, book signings with local and national authors, and other events. Friends make a difference! Your tax-deductible contribution helps fund these and other programs designed to help young people develop a love of reading that will promote their success in school and in life. Current Board:
