Spirit of Literacy Awards Breakfast

Join us for a special morning celebrating the people who champion reading, literacy, and libraries in our community. The Spirit of Literacy Awards Breakfast honors individuals and organizations who have made meaningful contributions to promoting literacy and encouraging a lifelong love of reading in Scottsdale and beyond.

Hosted by the Friends of the Scottsdale Public Library, this annual event recognizes the powerful role that educators, volunteers, authors, community leaders, and advocates play in strengthening our community through literacy and access to libraries.

Guests will enjoy a complimentary breakfast while attending the awards presentation and learning about the inspiring work of this year’s honorees. Each recipient embodies the spirit of literacy by helping expand opportunities for learning, curiosity, and connection through books and library programs.

The breakfast will take place in the beautiful Main Reading Room at the Scottsdale Civic Center Library, offering a welcoming setting to gather with fellow supporters of libraries and literacy.
